Unique Ripasso Technique: Enhancing Richness and Complexity
This red wine employs the Ripasso method, where the initial fermented wine undergoes a second fermentation with Amarone pomace, adding depth and complexity to the body. Aged for 12 months in oak barrels—60% in Slavonian oak and 40% in French Allier oak—it achieves a harmonious and full-bodied flavor.
Tasting Notes: A Symphony of Jam, Black Cherry, and Plum
Exhibiting a deep ruby red hue, this wine exudes delicate spicy aromas, accompanied by notes of jam, black cherry, and plum. The palate is refreshing and balanced, with smooth tannins and rich layers, making it an excellent pairing with red meat dishes, grilled meats, and aged cheeses. Best enjoyed at 16-17°C.
