About the Brewery:

The company "MANNS WINES," under Kikkoman Corporation (Manji), was established in 1962, primarily focusing on wine production. Manji has wineries in both Yamanashi and Nagano Prefectures. The winery emphasizes producing Japanese wine using Japanese grapes, with its own vineyards for cultivating ingredients and conducting related technical development and research. The winery also has the brand "SOLARIS," which produces a variety of grape wines and sparkling wines, as well as other liquors such as umeshu, brandy, and fruit wines.
