The "59.2% Gratitude Brew Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor" launched by Kinmen Distillery aims to honor the military and civilians who protected their homeland during the wartime administration period. The bottle design features the theme "Wuwang Zai Ju," accompanied by silhouettes of soldiers bravely defending the nation, paying tribute to these heroes of the era.

Selected Aged Liquors for a Mellow Body

This kaoliang liquor meticulously blends aged liquors of 20, 12, 11, and 9 years from the Jincheng old distillery. Despite its high alcohol content of 59.2%, it offers a sweet, mellow, refreshing, and smooth taste without a burning sensation, showcasing a unique style of "sweet, mellow, refreshing, and strong."

Rich Aroma and Delicate Taste

The liquor is clear and transparent with rich layers of aroma. The initial notes present sweet koji, citrus, and black preserved fruit scents, transitioning to honey, avocado, and nut aromas in the middle, and concluding with subtle sauce and aged liquor fragrances.
