The "59.2% Gratitude Brew Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor" launched by Kinmen Distillery aims to pay tribute to the military and civilians who defended their homeland during the wartime administration period in Kinmen. The bottle design features the emblem "Wuwang Zai Ju," accompanied by silhouettes of soldiers bravely defending the nation, expressing gratitude to these heroes of the era.

Selected Aged Liquors for a Mellow and Rich Body

This kaoliang liquor meticulously blends aged liquors of 20, 12, 11, and 9 years from the Jincheng old distillery. Despite its high alcohol content of 59.2%, it enters the palate with a sweet, mellow, and smooth taste without a burning sensation, showcasing a unique style of "sweet, mellow, refreshing, and strong."

Rich Aroma and Delicate Taste

The liquor is clear and transparent with rich layers of aroma. The initial notes present sweet koji, citrus, and black preserved fruit scents, transitioning to honey, avocado, and nut aromas in the middle, and concluding with subtle sauce and aged liquor fragrances. Upon tasting, the liquor body is mellow and full, offering a complex and refreshing sensation of elegant fruit preserves and smoked plum flavors.
