Bellevoye Prune is a carefully blended triple malt whisky, combining single malts from different regions of France. After aging for 3 to 8 years in French oak casks, it undergoes a 1-year secondary maturation in plum brandy casks, imparting a unique plum flavor. With an alcohol content of 43%, this whisky offers rich fruity aromas and a smooth palate.
Flavor Profile
Bellevoye Prune exhibits bright aromas of yellow fruits, with plum being particularly prominent, intertwined with scents of mirabelles, apricots, peaches, and pears. The palate is full-bodied with subtle acidity, reminiscent of freshly picked plums. The finish is long and persistent, featuring notes of almonds and stewed fruits.
