Bellevoye Orange Triple Malt Whisky is a non-peated triple malt whisky. After being carefully crafted in three different distilleries in Northern France, Lorraine, and Charente, this whisky undergoes final maturation in El Passador rum casks in the BELLEVOYE cellars in Charente. This unique process combines the flavors of French whisky with the rich and complex notes of Guatemalan rum, offering a harmonious and exotic flavor experience.
Flavor Profile
Bellevoye Orange exhibits subtle aromas of roasted grains and Bourbon vanilla, complemented by delicate sweet spices, exotic fruits, caramelized bananas, and cocoa beans. On the palate, it is smooth with the sweetness of cane juice and a fresh honeyed texture, warming and vibrant in the mid-palate. The finish is smooth and captivating, with tropical wood and Australian nut notes, adding extra vitality to the whisky.
Brand Background
Bellevoye was founded in 2014 by Jean Moueix, owner of the Bordeaux wine estate Petrus, and Alexandre Sirech. The brand name "Bellevoye" means "beautiful path" in Old French, symbolizing the elegant sentiment of French terroir.
